What's The Cost of Pain Management For You?

Chronic pain is a very real problem in America.  Whether it’s due to injury, disease or a sedentary lifestyle, it has taken over the lives of so many and the amount spent every year on pain medication is staggering.

In 2011, 307 billion dollars was spent on prescription medication.  While cancer medications and antidepressants top the charts, pain killers aren’t far behind.  In early 2011 studies showed that the United States consumes 80% of the world opioids (the most common of which is Vicodin.)   So the question stands; are Americans really managing their chronic pain or are there better ways?

It is suggested that a healthy lifestyle, including an anti-inflammatory diet, regular exercise and the use of natural pain relievers like Sore No More can manage chronic pain more effectively than prescription pain medications.  We can help you out!

  1. I used Cymbalta for a year. The first 8 months were great in alleviating my all-over pain, which is why I was taking it. After that, slowly it came back until I asked to be taken off. In the first few days I had pounding of my heart which was so bad I never slept all night. MD put me on another blood pressure pill which helped after upping the dosage a couple times. After weaning off, heart pounding & insomnia started again.

  2. I am always brought to tears when I read all those you have helped and fought for respond on these pages---the lives you comforted with your own. If you never helped one more person, you have done more than many people combined ever do. But I know God is not done yet--you have so much on the horizon with Him and for Him to do. The height of your career and the work you have invested in is just now peaking and you'll be here to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Ride the waves of this horrible disease and know you are more than the pain, more than the disease! I love you my sister! Praying for you every day, every day, every day til you rise up again! http://bodyvibration.org
